This project transforms part of the former Bed Bath & Beyond space into a 14,000-square-foot specialty grocery store. The remaining area has been reconfigured into two retail suites of 4,000 and 18,500 square feet, expanding the variety of offerings in Town Center. Together, these improvements enhance walkability, convenience, and the overall vibrancy of Virginia Beach’s mixed-use hub.
