John B. Dey Elementary School Modernization Groundbreaking
Groundbreaking for the John B. Dey Elementary School Modernization in Virginia Beach took place on Friday, the 9th of June. The school was originally built in 1956. The modernization project is scheduled for completion in December 2019.
