Suffolk Municipal Center – Progress
The City of Suffolk's Municipal Center is well into the Construction phase. This 115,000 SF facility will bring most of the City’s departments under one roof, and will be a great improvement for the community; many of the City’s departments are currently spread throughout the City. The construction process started in February of this year and it is remarkable how fast it progresses! All this thanks to the effort of the entire design build team, particularly Armada Hoffler Construction Company. At this point the building’s steel structure is almost complete, soon followed by the exterior walls. In the coming days, a brick façade will be erected at the west and south elevation facing Washington Street. Mariusz MijalRead More →
