Dave Ermini

“When asked what he does, Dave said in the movie Pulp Fiction two hit men accidentally shoot someone in the back of their car. They frantically call up their boss, who in turn sends The Wolf to fix the problem. The Wolf arrives at the scene, calms everybody down, organizes the effort, and gets the mess cleaned up just in the nick of time to avoid a catastrophe. Well, that’s pretty much what I do – only with Architecture.“

Dave’s more than two decades of experience encompasses all aspects of project management including master planning, concept design, feasibility studies, LEED/sustainability analysis, construction documents, specification writing, quality control, bidding and construction administration. His project experience includes high-rise and mid-rise hotels, office buildings, governmental facilities, multi-family housing, entertainment venues, as well as renovation/restoration of historic buildings.

When not in the office, Dave's a busy man.

You can find him watching VCU Men’s soccer or Virginia Beach United (his son’s teams), volunteering as a facilitator for ULI UrbanPlan, writing and creating mixed media arts.
