HBA welcomes Smitty Lynch
HBA is pleased to announce the addition of Smitty Lynch to the HBA staff as a new Intern Architect.
Smitty is a graduate of Hampton University where he earned his Masters of Architecture. He recently moved to Hampton Roads from Richmond to be closer to family. He previously worked with the firm Glavé and Holmes Architecture doing illustrations and working in their higher education studio.
Drawing and painting are his passion! Smitty is also a musician – he plays the bagpipes, even competed in piping competitions along the east coast for many years and yep, he wore a kilt during his competition days. Cooking is another passion. Several years prior to going to architecture school, he attended Johnson & Wales Culinary Academy to study culinary arts.
