HBA welcomes Ray Stevens

HBA is pleased to announce the addition of Ray Stevens as a Project Manager.  Ray comes to us from Mason & Hanger (formerly H&A Architects, formerly CMSS) in Virginia Beach.  He’d been with CMSS for roughly 14 years and prior to that, Cederquist Rodriguez & Ripley and Morrisett Cederquist Bondurant.  He’s worked as an independent consultant, as well as Senior Project Manager for Upstreet Architects in Pennsylvania and Bradley Parker & Associates in Alexandria.

With over 35 years in the field of architecture, Ray has an extensive background in all areas of design, construction administration and project management.  Besides architecture he also enjoys weekends on the beach wee-waxing, going fishing (fresh-water fishing with his bestfriend Steve and saltwater fishing with his soon to be new wife Dana), plus vacationing each year at different locations where the sun is hot and the drinks are cold. In his spare time Ray enjoys umpiring adult and youth softball, where he is currently the Umpire-in-Chief for ASA/USA Softball Association for the Tidewater area. But mostly he enjoys spending time with his kids Reese, Maddie and soon to be step-daughter Melissa who are all currently away in college.
