Scales of Justice

A sculpture representing the symbolic Scales of Justice was just installed at the Portsmouth Judicial Center.  This symbolic piece seems only appropriate for the place of justice.  The idea of incorporating this symbol into the design in some way was discussed often during the development of the project, and lobby art seemed like a perfect opportunity.   The initial sketch evolved from collaboration between the HBA team and the artist involved, and resulted in a successful installation we can be proud of.
