The developer’s criteria required that this property be developed to provide large retail, shops, office space and the possibility of an apartment community.  The existing out-parcel developments along Mercury Blvd. had to be maintained.

The challenge was to provide required areas of parking directly adjacent to the anchor tenants while breaking up the parking areas with landscaping and walkways that connect the various elements of the site. A “Main Street” was created at the major entrances to the site and at Mercury Boulevard.
